Project: Repair existing equipment and create a multi-faceted home technology update. |
We began by fixing a dead phone system, securing all A/V equipment from lighting strikes and repairing a 16-zone house audio system. Eventually, the family added single-button-operation universal remotes, thermal management, security cameras and lighting control. The home is now not only equipped with the latest in home entertainment, but also provides its owners with easily-controlled security and convenience features.

Project: Convert a plain bonus room into a dedicated seven-seat theater and adjoining gaming room. |
The family wanted all audio, video and gaming equipment accessible in both rooms. We also installed a full lighting control system for the theater and gaming room, including stair lights – all of which can be controlled via their remote. Following completion of the theater project, we installed speakers throughout the entire home and provided control capabilities in the master bedroom and family room.

We are very proud of our new theater. Hoppen Home Systems did amazing work installing and supporting our conversion of the upstairs bonus room into a magnificent home theater and game room. Project: Upgrade the company’s outdated boardroom with updated video technology. |
We installed a PC-based entertainment system capable of viewing presentations, as well as watching DVDs and cable TV. We also added a 73” rear-projection TV mounted in the wall with ceiling-mounted speakers throughout the boardroom. The entire system is operated via a single remote.

Project: Turn a basic family room into an entertainment retreat for a dad, and create a dedicated game room equipped with television and gaming for his son. |
For the game room, we recommended a 106” projection screen with a gaming projector and 5.1 surround sound. Our plan for the family room included a 58” plasma wall-mounted television and new surround sound system. Both rooms now feature their own single-operating button universal remote with custom functionality that also controls the motorized shades in the game room.
